From the 2nd to the 5th of April, researchers Alexander Kriebitz and Auxane Boch were invited to teach at the IA Institut in France as part of the second-year students’ curriculum on ethics.

The primary focus of the module has been to provide students with a robust understanding of ethical frameworks for AI and comprehensive considerations related to human rights, instilling a responsible approach to AI among the students, who represent the next generation of industry actors.

This collaboration between the IA Institut and the Institute for Ethics in Artificial Intelligence marks the beginning of future Bavarian-French collaborations between both institutions. We are excited to embark on this journey!

This collaboration is generously supported by BayFrance, reinforcing their commitment to promoting innovation and collaboration between France and Bavaria across sectors. Their support is instrumental in advancing the field of AI and fostering meaningful collaborations.
