Caitlin Corrigan, Ph.D.

Executive Director

Dr. Corrigan holds a PhD in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh. She has spent over a decade designing and implementing research and data collection, developing and managing research projects and coordinating funding proposals, with a focus on sustainable development, good governance, and the social impacts of technology. As the Executive Director for the IEAI, Dr. Corrigan is responsible for the development and coordination of all IEAI research and administrative activities, as well as building and bringing together a network of stakeholders working on the responsible use of AI. She has conducted field-based research in Southern Africa with a focus on CSR, natural resource management and community development and been the principle investigator on multiple projects at the IEAI. Dr. Corrigan has published numerous articles in academic journals and worked work local and international NGOs through her group the Research Group for Sustainable Impacts (RG-SI), producing data collection and evaluation systems for organizations, conducting statistical data analysis and generating policy relevant research and reports.
