Last September, the IEAI formally began coordination of the alignAI Doctoral Network. The program will train 17 doctoral candidates (DCs) to work in the international and highly interdisciplinary field of LLM research and development. The core of the project focuses on the alignment of LLMs with human values, indentifying relevant values and methods for alignment implementation and focusing on three use cases in mental health, education and news consumption.

The alignAI kick-off will take place on May 12th, 2025 at 16:00 (CEST) at the TUM Think Tank. Please be advised the event has reached capacity for attendance.
