Beginning January 9th, the Deutsches Museum will be displaying a science communication experiment project titled “Earth under the Microscope,” created by the AI4EO project and funded by the Munich Science Communication Lab. This exhibition displays actual satellite data and examines planetary health under a microscope to provide the public with a greater overview of the ongoing food crisis, as well as an understanding of the role of consumption. Additionally, there is the opportunity to ask questions directly to local experts in various areas.

This exhibition will be available during the following times:

09/01/2023 – Feb/March 2023: Pop-up exhibition

23/01/2023 – Feb/March: Self-supervised exploration of satellite data through a “microscope”

21./22.1. & 28./29.01.2023: Exchange with scientists on site
