The researcher Charlotte Haid presented a poster at the congress for material flow at the chair of Materials Handling, Material Flow and Logistics at TUM on March 18, 2021.
The poster explains the efforts of logistic optimization based on employee preferences.
The researchers are still looking for project partners for studies around well being and job-satisfaction or they would like to have the opportunity to exchange with companies on the topic. Such research is fundamental in assessing the impact of AI based technologies on the future of work, to ensure that the optimization of the processes is aligned with the employee’s job satisfaction.
