We are delighted to invite you to participate in an upcoming workshop hosted by Auxane Boch and her team on the topic of “Psychological Impact of Interactional Technologies” at the Technical University of Munich’s Institute for Ethics in Artificial Intelligence (TUM IEAI), as part of the Friedrich Schiedel Fellowship project.
We invite experts from various disciplines and geographical backgrounds to engage in hybrid workshops to explore and discuss the psychological impacts of interactional technologies, ranging from video games and immersive worlds to AI-powered social agents. Our project seeks to address the critical gap in existing frameworks for assessing the psychological effects of these systems.
Through a participatory approach incorporating diverse perspectives, we are dedicated to developing a multicultural mapping framework that will enable future evaluations of these technologies’ psychological impacts.
The workshop series will commence in the third week of October. We are looking for stakeholders from academia, healthcare, education, law and other relevant fields interested in contributing to this pioneering research.
How to Participate:
If you are interested in contributing to this forward-looking project, please fill out this form and share it with colleagues who may also wish to participate. Further details regarding the workshops’ date, time, and logistics will be provided upon your registration.
